You can follow the program in the way that suits you.
Online via Zoom or on site in Ridderkerk, the Netherlands.
Each individual session is a combination of reflection, awareness through insight, sharing knowledge, coaching, teaching and energy work.

• 6-WEEK PROGRAM

  6x 1 weekly session of 2 hours.
  Costs: 165 euros* per week.

• 4-MONTH PROGRAM

  8x 1 biweekly session of 2 hours.
  Costs: 200 euros* per two weeks.

• 12-MONTH COURSE

  12x 1 monthly session of 2 hours.
  Costs: 270 euros* per month.

This is how much time you need

In addition to the time for the sessions, you also need time to process the information and insights that emerge during the sessions. Insights often come later. That is why it is also important to have a conversation with yourself every day. That also takes time.
