What is life path coaching?

Life path coaching is aimed at aligning your life course with your life plan.
At the beginning of your life, you have few possibilties to follow your life plan. You are dependent on others and let yourself be carried away by the life they have chosen for you. It may also be that people come your way who reject your choices and clearly show you this. If you feel threatened by the behavior of these people, you can decide to adjust your life to what they want from you. That seems safer.
At some point, your life will start to pinch because it does not fit who you really are.
Your 'tools' to shape your life plan and to follow your life path despite the pressure from others to deviate from it, have now been developed to such an extent that you can learn to apply them.

Through life path coaching I support you in your process of changing from a life that does not suit you because you have adapted to your environment, to a life that fits exactly who you are and that is attuned to your environment.
You will consciously shape your own life plan and follow your own life path, by making the right choices, showing the right behavior and by acting in the right way depending on the situation.

The relationship between life course, life path and life plan

The quality of your life at this moment is a direct result of the path you have taken through life, your life course. You can look back on how your life turned out and wonder why it happened that way.
Physical, psychological and/or relational problems indicate that your life has not gone in the best possible way for you. The nature of the problems then reveals which unconscious behavior, unconscious choices, traumas, beliefs or survival strategies played a role in this.
As a life path coach, I connect your life course to your life plan. I then look at where you have deviated from this plan and why, and I show you how it can be done differently. Then I teach you how you can determine your route through life in the future by shaping one of the many life paths from your life plan.
